You set the pace. Follow your program in order, replay any session you've finished, and use SOS Tapping anytime you need it.

Which card and number do I use?
Your red, white and blue Medicare card. Enter the 11-character Medicare number exactly as it's printed (letters and numbers). Don't use a Medicare Advantage, supplement or drug plan card.
How do I enter my name and birthdate?
Exactly as they appear on your Medicare card, including any middle name or two-part last name. If something doesn't match, we'll email you to help fix it.
I have Medicare Advantage. Can I join?
NeuroTap is open to Original Medicare now. Tell us your plan at neurotap.com and we'll work to bring NeuroTap to you.
Can I try again later?
Yes. If things change, you can come back and answer the questions again after 30 days.

Leaving

Can I leave NeuroTap?
You can stop using NeuroTap at any time. If you leave in your first 90 days, Medicare keeps you listed with NeuroTap until day 90. We'll email you the date. After that, you're free to join another program.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then "Delete account". Or email care@neurotaphealth.com from the email you use for NeuroTap and ask us to delete your account. When your account is deleted, you're signed out on every device and app notifications stop. We keep your health and billing records for at least 10 years, as the law requires.

If you're ever in crisis, you can call or text 988 anytime.
